1. Design and Structure
90-degree Angle: Offers standard right-angle steering and is widely used in various pipe layouts.
Long radius design: Its bending radius is 1.5 times the nominal diameter. Compared with short-radius elbows, long-radius elbows offer less fluid resistance and lower pressure loss, effectively reducing the erosion and wear of the pipe wall by the fluid. They are particularly suitable for conveying slurry, steam and other high-flow-rate media.
Seamless manufacturing: It is made by integral extrusion of seamless steel pipes without any weld seams. This ensures that the elbow has a uniform metal structure and excellent mechanical strength in the key area (i.e., the curved part), fundamentally avoiding the potential leakage risk that may be brought by the weld seam, with stronger pressure-bearing capacity and higher safety.
