1. Product Overview
This product is made of high-quality P91 steel (corresponding standard: A335 P91) and processed through precision forging technology. P91 is a high-strength chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, renowned for its excellent creep strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. This forged three-way fitting is specially designed for harsh working conditions with high parameters, high temperature and high pressure, ensuring the safety, stability and long service life of the pipeline system under extreme conditions. Compared with casting or pushing three-way fittings, forging process brings higher mechanical strength and a denser and more uniform internal structure.

5. Production process flow
Raw material inspection → blanking → heating → forging → normalizing + tempering heat treatment → preliminary processing → non-destructive testing (UT/MT) → finishing → dimensional inspection → surface treatment → final inspection → painting and marking → packaging and leaving the factory
Heat treatment: Strictly follow the normalizing + tempering process to ensure that the P91 material acquires the required tempered martensite microstructure, thereby optimizing its high-temperature performance.
Non-destructive testing: 100% ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT) are carried out to ensure there are no internal or surface defects.
